I am looking for $2500 down and monthly payments. If you don't have the $2500, possibly i can make a deal with you to work out payments. I will not let you move in until a total of $2500 is in my hand. You will be allowed to work on house and set it up to move in, but no utilities will be allowed to be turned on... I have sold property elsewhere in pa and have been very sucessful... i am no longer looking to be a landlord and am selling off all of my property as they become vacant.. this was an unfinished project.
Also someone who is going to be on the articles of agreement must have a job or a steady check(fixed income , ssi or something) coming in. i am not financing deadbeats or druggies. payments can be as low as $296 per mo.
