1991 Mansion Mobile Home built in 1996. This is a single-wide mobile home. Purchase price is $3,000 in as is condition with no warranties. Cash sale no terms. Location: 128 Nagles Court, Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. Buyer will be responsible for moving the mobile home from Nagles Court, or will need written permission from the lot owner at Nagles Court as a condition for the purchase. If the buyer elects to move the home from Nagles Court, buyer will be required to submit a receipt of payment for the trailer moving prior to the transfer of title.
Mobile home description: 2 bedroom Mansion mobile home (model no.:M0187121) with two full baths and a separate laundry area. The home purchase includes a functioning washer and dryer and refrigerator/freezer. One full bath is located in the master bedroom suite. The master bath has a large corner bathtub. The eat-in kitchen has an L-shaped cabinet set-up and comes with an electric range and oven. The large family room area has a skylight that brightens-up the area. The mobile home has oil, forced-air heat with central air conditioning. The air conditioning was working this past summer. I do not have measurements of the mobile home, but you can take estimates by viewing the home on-site.
Mobile home condition. The condition of the mobile home is commensurate with the purchase price. There are portions of the roof that show signs of leaks and some roof wall repair will be needed. The oil furnace has been replaced and is in good condition. The carpeting is serviceable and is not worn through in any spots, but has several stains. The buyer will have to replace several portions of drywall in the master bedroom due to prior modifications previously made to the bedroom closet area. Prior leaks may require replacement of certain portions of the floor. The siding and skirting is in tact and serviceable.
Home furnishings. The home furnishings may be purchased separately for $1,300. All items must be purchased together and will not be separated. They include:
