I am sick of being a landlord. Tenant moved out and I am in process of cleaning this house out. It can be made into 7 bedrooms if you wanted. Has huge basement yard and off street parking. needs light repairs to move in. Did pass rental code last year when they inspected it. I have not been inside since...
