Its a double room I share with a nice girl named Ariel and the apartment is shared with my other housemates Hill, Len and Liz. they all are friendly and have no prob you out when you need it.

The rent is about $400 from January to May HOWEVER it includes EVERYTHING but cable and telephone (My roommate and housemates already paid for cable and lets all be real..we have cell phones!!! Think about it you dont have to worry about water,electric, or whatever other bill!)

There is a bus to take you to campus, if needed but the apartment is SO close to campus everyone just walks there. There is a washer and dryer downstairs and a gym located in the center of the community.

To be honest its a nice place to live esp since its cheap, right next to the campus and only a half semester lease so no year obligations!
