518 N. 2nd St. Nice House only 10 blocks from campus. The house is a duplex. The 2nd floor is separate from the 1st floor with separate entrances. Each unit can be rented separately and has a kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The only neighboring house is a student house that is also owned by Lion Country Rentals. Fully furnished including living room furniture, bedroom (desk, dresser, and bed), washer/ dryer, microwave, stove/refrigerator. There is a parking lot that can hold 10 vehicles. Utilities are included for $450/month per room, large attic room is $475. Campus is less than a mile, and bus stop(City and Campus Loop) is 2 blocks. This is a licensed student house.
