Part-Time Vending Machine Cleaner & Inventory Assistant (Johnstown)

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 45–60 minutes per visit, 2 times per week. It is a good fit for someone who lives near the mall, communicates clearly, follows instructions carefully, and is looking for a flexible local side job.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the cotton candy machine located at the Johnstown Galleria.
- Check that the machine is in good condition and promptly report any issues to management.
- Take and upload clear photos through a Google Form after each visit.
- Keep track of local inventory and notify management when restock is needed.
- Make a bank deposit every other week.
- Maintain a tidy and organized machine area.
- Follow written instructions and checklists carefully.
Requirements:
- Proven reliability and punctuality.
- Must live near the Johnstown Galleria for easy access to the location.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working phone required to upload photos, complete Google Forms, and access documents.
- Prior cleaning, maintenance, inventory, vending, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Highly preferred: basic mechanical ability, comfort using hand tools, troubleshooting intuition, and ability to closely follow directions. If you are patient and like taking things apart and putting them back together, we want to hear from you.
Schedule:
Approximately 45–60 minutes per visit
Preferred cleaning windows:
Monday evening or Tuesday morning, Saturday morning (2 cleanings per week)
Compensation:
$250 per month. Additional approved troubleshooting or extra visits may be paid separately when needed.
