7 month old black lab

We brought home a 3 month old (handsome) black lab puppy about 4 months ago but we are struggling with training him and he won't stop harming our chickens. We just dont have the time to train him well right now.

Want to make sure he goes to a home he will be loved and cared for and grow old with.
