These are fresh eggs with the bloom not cleaned off if you buy them you need to float them when you use them if they float they're bad. I have 12 dozen right now. These eggs need no refrigeration, and they don't get cleaned until you're going to use them the bloom keeps them from spoiling if you wash them you washed off the protection, only last a little while. If you keep them safe and dry they'll last months
