Looking for a 3-4 bedroom house or apartment. I can afford $950 and utilities. Credit score is almost 600. I do have 3rd party funding but it’s okay if you don’t accept it. Prior eviction and possession of marijuana charge from 2023.. so need a landlord willing to work with me. I work 2 jobs and stay to myself and children. Starting college in April of 2026.
