✅ Tree Trimming
✅ Saplings Removal
✅ Debris Removal / Trash Outs
✅ Feces Removal
✅ Lock Changes
✅ Lock Box Installation
✅ Winterization
✅ General Property Preservation Services
✅ Other preservation jobs as requested by clients
Requirements:
• Prior property preservation experience preferred
• Ability to complete work orders on time
• Reliable communication and photo documentation
• Own tools and transportation preferred
