I have a killer 1985 Marshall JCM 800 50 watt 2x12 combo for sale. I just got it back from the shop where they replaced the caps, and anything else that it needed to sound like new. It is all original except for the parts that they replaced while it was being serviced. 40 year old speakers are broken in for sure, and move lots of air! This thing is not a bedroom amp, it gets very loud very quick. When I got this I was going to redo the whole amp, but after awhile I got to appreciate the way that the amp looks, it has all kinds of mojo! It's been through the 80's hair metal days, the 90's grunge era, the 2000's Nu- Metal day's, and everything in between, and now it looks like it has survived the zombie apocalypse! The part of the grill cloth that got wet in the past at some point doesn’t affect the speakers, they appear to have not been touched by whatever was spilled on it. It works, sounds, functions 100%. It’s a real road dog, and it roars!!! $1200 cash, or possible trade, let me know what you have.
