Rehoming small dog (Somerset)

This is Wesley, he's about 6-7 months old. He is house trained and full of energy. We aren't sure the breed as we picked him up from the amish this past summer. He does well with large dogs, not too well with chickens, though. No sure how he would be with cats. He is great with kids and loves to play. He's a nice dog, we can no longer care for him though and we need to rehome him. He is not neutered.
