- Stable full-time job with proof of income
- Quiet, clean, non-smoker, no partying
- Usually keep to myself but considerably friendly and respectful
- One small, docile parakeet
- Prefer female roommate(s) around my age
- Need parking for one car
- Looking to move in around spring/summer and stay at least 6-12 months
- Usual schedule: Work a 9-5, sleep around 10pm-6am
- No allergies
- Comfortable with pets as long as my bird can be kept separated
- Open to shared grocery costs and chores if we agree on a plan
