We are looking for a skilled and dependable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time in the Altoona, PA area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can handle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across residential properties and keep things running smoothly day to day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*General plumbing repairs & fixture replacement
*Basic electrical repairs & lighting replacement
*Carpentry & woodwork repairs
*Door, lock & hardware installation and repair
*Drywall patching & minor repairs
*Caulking, sealing & weatherproofing
*Inspecting units and identifying maintenance issues
*Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
*Keeping work areas clean and organized
REQUIREMENTS:
*Minimum 5 years of experience in property or building maintenance
*Broad knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
*Ability to diagnose problems and make repairs efficiently
*Able to work independently with minimal supervision
*Reliable transportation required
*Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
