1987 Kit Companion travel trailer. We bought it two years ago, repaired what we needed, lived in it for a year and a half. We're now moved into our first house so we don't need it anymore.
All the systems seem to be in working order, but there are some blockages in the propane lines so it doesn't get to some things: the fridge and ac/heater are supposed to be able to run on propane, but also run on electricity; the water heater doesn't work without propane, so we got an electric heater for the shower.
Propane does reach oven and stovetop, which work.
Tires are about a year old. Needs a new spare.
Includes a Full mattress and matching sheets, a few spare bulbs, a power adapter so it can plug into a standard AC outlet.
Shower plumbing is busted and I didn't see an easy fix, so we have an electric heater that plugs into the bathroom sink to run the shower from.
Kitchen plumbing is fine, as is the bathroom sink.
Electrics run fine; needs a new battery box; I can throw in a small solar setup if you want.
New Mexico plates and papers, all in good order.
New locks on the doors, keys will be provided; the front door was smashed before we bought it and I rebuilt it. We put new glass in some of the windows, including some optional double paning for cold weather.
The line from the black water tank developed a leak the last few months we lived in it that I kept sealed with epoxy and zipties. Otherwise the sewer line is in good order, includes hose and support, heated water line, and various tools for use with the trailer.
